Considering handcrafted wedding architecture for your big day?
Here’s some questions we’ll be asking prior to booking…
- Where is your ceremony location? Indoors, outdoors? Hard surface? Grass?
- Have you confirmed with the venue using wedding architecture is acceptable?
- Is there a timeline that must be followed for set up and take down?
Additionally, kindly keep these limitations in mind:
- Set up on Friday and removal on Sunday afternoon in the Twin Cities and Western WI is included in our full service rental fee of $299.
- Our operating radius is 60 miles from Stillwater, MN
- Because our designs are one of a kind, only Arch-N-Arbor may move the structure.
- If it is desired that a piece is moved from ceremony to the reception, this must be arranged well in advance with Arch-N-Arbor and will incur additional fees.
- We will charge a “$100 rush fee” to return and remove the design outside designated hours.
Since we’re just getting started, we are currently collecting names and dates of interested couples and will e-mail everyone in January 2019 regarding availability, send out contracts and begin taking retainers and payments. Please contact us with your name, requested date and arch design if you think we would enhance the most important day of your life! We will do our best to put new designs on our web site and Instagram account over the next few months!
